[12-01-2023] Los Angeles County, CA – At Least One Person Hospitalized Bus Collision on Manchester Avenue

At least one person was hospitalized after a Metro bus collision in south Los Angeles early Friday morning, December 1, 2023.

According to the Los Angeles Police Department, the collision happened at around 12:38 a.m. in the Broadway-Manchester neighborhood.

Reports say that a Metro bus and a small SUV collided head-on, causing one person to suffer unknown injuries.

Paramedics evaluated the family in the SUV and released them at the scene. The bus driver sustained an unknown injury and was transported to a local hospital.

No further details were released, and the investigators are gathering all the necessary information to determine the factors leading to the incident.
