A bicyclist was injured after being struck by a stolen car in Westlake, Los Angeles, on Thursday morning, December 08, 2022.
According to the Los Angeles Police Department, the crash took place around 9:30 a.m. near the West 2nd Street and South Beaudry Avenue intersection.
The car that hit the bicyclist was a gray Audi SUV reportedly stolen and driven by a man identified as being in his 30s.
The authorities responded and found the car, which did not stop, leading to a pursuit where the driver was finally caught in Koreatown.
The victim was attended to by medical personnel, but his current condition is unknown.
