A hit-and-run happens when a car collides with another and then drives away without stopping to assist the injured.

In addition to the agony and financial and emotional costs, hit-and-run injuries can cause injury to victims owing to negligence or a delay in treatment.

Pedestrian injuries are most commonly caused by distracted driving. While driving, a motorist may communicate with passengers, change the radio, or talk on the phone. When you multitask, you’re more likely to overlook someone crossing the street.

In certain circumstances, it is critical to wear bright apparel to lessen the probability of an accident. It would be best if you crossed the street slowly so that approaching automobiles could see you.
