Authorities said one person was hospitalized after seriously getting injured in a two-vehicle collision in Apple Valley, San Bernardino County, on Tuesday afternoon, December 13, 2022.
According to the Apple Valley Police Department, the crash involving a white truck occurred at 1:39 p.m. in a dirt area close to Blackfoot Road and Zuni Road.
The responders arrived at the site and found an unconscious occupant in the vehicle, whom they immediately treated with life-saving procedures.
The seriously injured victim was transported to a nearby hospital after the initial plan of helicopter transport failed due to the victim’s worsened condition.
No other information was immediately available as the investigation continued.
