Fatal Two-Vehicle Accident Statistics

There is a car accident that kills one person or seriously injures another in the United States every minute. About 2 million children and young adults (0-24) die, and another 10 million are harmed every year.

It has been estimated that by the year 2050, California will see an average of 10,000 traffic-related deaths annually.

From 2014 to 2015, there was a 23.5% rise in the number of fatal car accidents in the state. Statistics suggest that there were 3,898 people killed and 276,823 injured in traffic-related incidents in 2017. During that year, nine persons per one hundred thousand who used public transit were slain.

The fact remains that accidents still happen no matter how cautious a driver is. To prevent such a situation from occurring, you should keep a sharp eye out, drive safely, and maintain your vehicle.
