[07-24-2022] Los Angeles County, CA – Jason Momoa Involved in Motorcycle Crash in Calabasas

According to the California Highway Patrol, Actor Jason Momoa was involved in a car collision with a motorcycle in Calabasas Sunday, July 24, 2022.

According to the CHP, the collision occurred around 11:00 a.m. on Old Topanga Road in Calabasas.

Momoa’s car was directly in the path of a motorcycle that crossed the double yellow lines and entered the eastbound lanes.

The CHP reports that the motorcycle rider who struck Mamoa’s vehicle’s left front section was Vitaliy A.

Avagimyan was knocked off his motorcycle as a result of the collision.

In addition to helping Avagimyan, Momoa exited his car and flagged down a passing driver to dial 9-1-1.

Avagimyan received minor, non-life-threatening injuries and was taken by ambulance to Northridge hospital for treatment.

According to the CHP, Momoa remained at the scene throughout the investigation.
