[11-18-2022] Two Injured, with One Getting Airlifted in Victorville Multi-Vehicle CollisionTwo people were injured, including a woman who was airlifted to a hospital, following a multi-vehicle collision in Victorville on Friday afternoon, November 18, 2022.

According to the California Highway Patrol, their officers and the San Bernardino County Fire Department responded to the crash at 1:26 p.m. in the fast and middle lanes of southbound Interstate 15, a mile before Main Street.

The collision involved at least three vehicles: a heavily damaged red Toyota Corolla sedan, a white Toyota Camry sedan damaged on the front end, and a white Ford Escape SUV damaged on the rear end. The CHP traffic log included a possible semi.

The female driver of the red Toyota was flown by Mercy Air #22 to Loma Linda University Medical Center for sustaining major injuries. There is no information on her current condition.

The driver of the Ford was taken to a nearby hospital by ground ambulance for sustaining minor injuries. The condition of the other drivers involved was not reported.

The California Highway Patrol Victorville Office is looking into the collision. There are no further details released as their investigation continues.
