[12-22-2022] Vehicle Fatally Struck One Pedestrian in ModestoAn unidentified pedestrian was fatally struck by a vehicle in Modesto on Thursday night, December 22, 2022.

The fatal collision reportedly occurred around 10:00 p.m. on Tully Road.

Authorities received calls that a pedestrian was hit by a vehicle. The victim died at the scene.

The vehicle driver remained and cooperated with officials, and DUI was not a suspected factor in the crash.

Authorities have not yet revealed the victim’s identity.

Tully Road was expected to remain closed for a few hours while police investigated.
