[09-14-2022] San Joaquin County, CA – One Person Killed, Another Two Injured in a Multi-Vehicle Accident on Highway 88

One person was killed, and two others were injured following a multi-vehicle crash near Stockton on Wednesday night, September 14, 2022.

The accident occurred just before 8:00 p.m. on Highway 88 and Live Oak Road, northeast of Stockton.

According to the California Highway Patrol, a big rig collided with two automobiles, sending one of them into a ditch.

Authorities transported the injured people to the hospital. Their identities have not been disclosed.

The investigation is still ongoing.
