[09-20-2022] San Bernardino County, CA – Pedestrian Fatally Struck by Car on Southbound Interstate 15

A pedestrian walking in the slow lane was killed after being struck by an automobile on northbound Interstate 15 on Tuesday, September 20, 2022.

The accident occurred around 11:27 p.m. at the Cleghorn Road offramp and weigh station.

The San Bernardino County Fire Department and the SBC Sheriff-Division Coroner’s were among those who responded to the crash.

The SBC Sheriff-Coroner’s Division has not revealed the identity of the pedestrian.

For nearly 20 minutes, all southbound lanes of I-15 were blocked for the investigation. The southbound Cleghorn Road offramp was also blocked.
