Associate attorney Amasia Yaghobi is a highly motivated and dedicated injury lawyer who adds significant experience and acumen to the Arash Law team. Ms. Yaghobi is committed to helping her clients get the compensation they deserve under California law, and she has extensive experience in drafting policy limits demand letters, communicating with insurance companies, conducting legal research, and managing all aspects of cases.
Ms. Yaghobi graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of West Los Angeles, School of Law with a Juris Doctorate (J.D.), where she was class valedictorian. While in law school, she was a recipient of several awards, including the LA County Committee of Bar Examiners Scholarship Award and Witkin Awards for Civil Procedure, Community Property, Torts, Contracts, and Property Law. Prior to law school, she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Criminology from University of California, Irvine (UCI).
Professionally, Amasia has worked at law firms, various legal aid clinics, and provided support and counseling for special needs children and their parents. She has also served as a teaching assistant for UCI Saturday Academy of Law, interned at The Law Offices of Adrienne D. Cohen, and worked as a pre-law intern at Van Nuys Court Neighborhood Legal Services. Ms. Yaghobi hold a certificate in the State Bar of California’s Practical Training of Law Students (PTLS).
Ms. Yaghobi is fluent in English, Armenian, and Farsi.

– Premise Liability: Our client, an unlicensed contractor, was engaged by the homeowner for wood cutting. Despite being given a sanding tool unsuitable for cutting, he was directed to use it. During the wood cutting process, a loss of control over the sanding machine led to the unfortunate amputation of three fingers, leaving him with a non-functional hand. A settlement of $1.5 million has been reached in this case. - $1,250,000 – Pedestrian Accident: Settlement for our very deserving young client who was run over by a car in the middle of the street.
