A hit-and-run occurs when one vehicle collides with another and flees without stopping to assist the injured.
In addition to the agony and financial and emotional costs, hit-and-run injuries can cause victims to be injured due to negligence or a delay in treatment.
Pedestrian injuries are primarily caused by distracted driving. A driver may communicate with passengers, change the radio, or talk on the phone while driving. When you multitask, you are more likely to miss someone crossing the street.
It is critical to wear bright clothing in certain situations to reduce the likelihood of an accident. It is best to cross the street slowly so that approaching cars can see you.
