[02-03-2023] Riverside County, CA – Vehicle Hit and Killed Unidentified Pedestrian on Pomona Freeway

A pedestrian crash struck and killed one person in Jurupa Valley early Friday morning, February 3, 2023.

According to reports, the collision occurred around 1:30 a.m. at the intersection of Valley Way and the westbound Pomona (60) Freeway.

Authorities received calls about the crash and discovered a pedestrian struck by a vehicle.

Upon arrival, paramedics declared the victim dead at the scene. The victim’s age and gender were not immediately known.

All freeway traffic was redirected to Rubidoux Boulevard by authorities while investigations were ongoing.
