What to Do After a Bicycle Accident
When a bicycle accident results in death, injuries, or severe property damage, it is imperative that the right authorities be notified without delay. It’s best to simply recount what happened when questioned rather than make assumptions. Even though they had nothing to do with what happened, the victim may feel they need to apologize for it anyhow. Your insurance company can use this against you if you ever make a claim.
