What to Do After a Boat Accident
When someone is hurt or killed in a boat accident, it must be reported right away. When questioned, stick to the facts and avoid offering your assumptions. The victim might experience remorse and guilt even if their actions were completely innocent. It’s possible that the insurance company would use any evidence of such behavior as grounds to deny the claim if it came to light.
