What to Do After a DUI Accident
Call the police immediately if you’re ever in an accident with an intoxicated driver. When communicating with law enforcement or insurance companies, it is crucial to provide accurate information and avoid making assumptions. It’s possible that some of the victims, even the innocent ones, will take the blame. An insurance company can refuse to pay out a claim if the victim has done this behavior.
