Several people were injured after a multi-vehicle collision in Rancho Cucamonga late Saturday morning, April 29, 2023.
According to the California Highway Patrol and the Rancho Cucamonga City Fire Department, they received a report of the three-vehicle crash around 11:31 a.m. on northbound Interstate 15, approximately one mile before the Foothill Boulevard exit.
It involved a white Ford F150 pickup truck, a white Mercedes-Benz sedan with significant front-end damage, and a silver Lexus GS300 sedan with rear-end damage.
The firefighters assisted everyone at the scene. The collision reportedly resulted in several people sustaining injuries ranging from minor to unknown severity.
Three lanes were blocked for about an hour while emergency personnel and tow trucks removed the vehicles from the lanes.
Further details regarding the accident were not immediately available. The CHP Rancho Cucamonga Office is still investigating the crash.
