According to the local authorities, the incident occurred at Willis Linn Jepson Garden at Peña Adobe Park.
A car was smashed against a tree, three vehicles were involved, and allegedly, a tourniquet was used to treat an injury.
The identities of those involved and the cause of the multiple-vehicle crash remain unknown.
