[07-31-2023] 1 Died, 3 Injured Following Multi-Vehicle Collision in Weber and Brawley AvenuesA woman was killed while three individuals were injured after a fiery crash involving three vehicles in Fresno on Monday, July 31, 2023.

According to the Fresno Police Department, the incident occurred around 6:30 p.m. in Weber and Brawley Avenues.

The 75-year-old Hispanic woman was from one of the two vehicles which burst into flames. She later died at the hospital. Three other people were injured and hospitalized but are expected to recover.

Authorities believed that one of the occupants was the suspect who fled after the crash.

The Walmart parking lot and the intersection where the crash occurred have been closed for further investigation.
