Three people were injured, with two of them trapped after a collision involving two vehicles in Ventura County on Thursday afternoon, August 10, 2023.
The California Highway Patrol and Ventura County Fire Department responded to the accident on the stretch of Pacific Coastal Highway north of Neptune’s Net around 3:20 p.m.
An RV and a passenger car were involved in the accident, but there were no reports on what caused it. Two people were found trapped at the crash site.
One person was airlifted to Ventura County Medical Center in critical condition. Two patients were taken by ground ambulance for treatment after sustaining moderate injuries.
Further information about the identities of the people involved was not disclosed. The investigation into the crash is ongoing.
