A man was killed after a multi-car collision in San Clemente on Sunday morning, October 08, 2023.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the crash happened at about 6:35 a.m. on the San Diego Freeway at El Camino Real.

Authorities stated that three automobiles were involved in the collision. Witnesses to the scene reported that a man was found dead on the side of the road next to a car.
