At least one person was injured following a two-vehicle crash on Jewetta Avenue near Rosedale Highway in Bakersfield on Thursday night, April 24, 2025.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the crash occurred around 10:23 p.m. and involved a silver GMC vehicle and an unknown vehicle. One of the vehicles was located approximately 50 feet down an embankment.

At least one person was transported to a hospital, and another individual was treated at the scene. The extent of their injuries remains unknown.

The cause of the crash is still under investigation.
