[07-28-2025] San Bernardino County, CA โ€“ Bicyclist Killed in Collision with Tesla on Main Street in Hesperia

A bicyclist was struck and killed by a vehicle in Hesperia late Monday night, July 28, 2025.

According to the Hesperia Police Department, the incident occurred around 10:00 p.m. on Main Street, just west of Pyrite Avenue.

Deputies responded to the scene and found a damaged bicycle off the roadway, along with scattered debris and personal belongings. The bicyclist was pronounced deceased at the scene. The victimโ€™s identity, age, and gender have not been released.

The vehicle involved was a black 2018 Tesla Model 3, which sustained major front-end damage. It came to a stop near the Aqueduct in front of Extra Space Storage. The male driver remained at the scene and cooperated with authorities.

Authorities continue to investigate the crash.
