[09-29-2025] San Bernardino County, CA โ€“ Two Injured, One Critically, in Two-Vehicle Crash on State Route 247 And Rabbit Springs Road in Lucerne Valley

Two people were injured, one critically, following a two-vehicle collision in Lucerne Valley, San Bernardino County, on Monday afternoon, September 29, 2025.

According to San Bernardino County Fire, the crash was reported around 1:10 p.m. on State Route 247 and Rabbit Springs Road.

Firefighters arrived on scene to find a white Dodge pickup truck and a Ford F-150, which had come to rest on its side. The male passenger of the F-150, in his 40s, had exited the vehicle prior to first respondersโ€™ arrival. The driver of the F-150 remained trapped and had to be rescued by firefighters.

Due to the severity of the driverโ€™s injuries, an air ambulance was requested and landed at Pioneer Park for transport. The cause of the crash is under investigation by the California Highway Patrol.
