[10-03-2025] San Bernardino County, CA – 13-Year-Old Boy Critically Injured After Being Struck by Vehicle on Nisqualli Road in Victorville

A 13-year-old boy was critically injured after being struck by a vehicle on Nisqualli Road in Victorville on Friday night, October 3, 2025.

According to the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department, deputies, along with Victorville Fire Department personnel and American Medical Response, responded around 9:16 p.m. to the intersection of Nisqualli Road and Second Avenue.

A white Toyota Camry traveling eastbound struck the boy while he was riding a bicycle. The juvenile sustained major injuries and was transported by ambulance to St. Mary’s Medical Center before being airlifted to Loma Linda University Medical Center for further treatment.

The driver, 36-year-old Rosalie M. of Victorville, remained at the scene and was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and drugs.

The Victorville Major Accident Investigation Team responded to investigate.
