[10-28-2025] Fresno County, CA โ€“ Woman Fatally Struck While Crossing Clovis Avenue Near East Griffith Way in Clovis

A woman was struck and killed while crossing Clovis Avenue just south of East Griffith Way in Clovis on Tuesday night, October 28, 2025.

According to the Clovis Police Department, officers responded around 9:30 p.m. after a northbound vehicle struck the pedestrian, identified as 55-year-old Tina T. of Clovis. First responders attempted life-saving measures, but Tina was pronounced dead at the scene.

The driver remained at the scene and cooperated with authorities. Police stated that drugs or alcohol are not suspected factors in the crash.

Authorities continue to investigate the collision.
