[04-08-2026] Sacramento County, CA – Person Killed After Being Struck By Vehicle in Arden Arcade

A person was struck and killed by a vehicle on Watt Avenue in the Arden Arcade area, Sacramento County, early Wednesday morning, April 8, 2026.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the incident occurred just before 5:00 a.m. near the intersection of Watt Avenue and Arden Way.

Authorities confirmed that the individual died from their injuries at the scene. Officers have not released the identity or any further details about the person.

The driver of the vehicle remained at the scene and is cooperating with the investigation.
