Rob Hudson is a Texas-licensed attorney based in California. With over a decade of experience practicing personal injury law, Rob brings a thoughtful and forward-looking approach to prelitigation department management and transformation, using both the relevant technology and what he describes as “(un)common sense” to innovate how he handles cases for clients. 

Rob completed his undergraduate degree through the Honors College at Louisiana State University, earning a magna cum laude distinction in three years. He later earned his Juris Doctor from The George Washington University Law School and became an attorney at the age of 24.

Early in his legal career, Rob gained experience working with federal judges in the U.S. District Courts for the Middle District of Louisiana, the Northern District of Texas, and the District of Columbia. Internationally, his legal experience includes working in corporate M&A in Beijing, China. He has also simultaneously represented individuals in personal injury matters, as well as in employment, discrimination, and civil rights cases, including those that proceeded through trial and appeal.

All these experiences helped shape the analytical and practical approach he brings to his work with Arash Law today. He uses practical judgment and clear processes to evaluate cases from multiple perspectives, recognize significant legal and factual issues early, and develop strategies tailored to the circumstances and lived experiences of each client.

Rob approaches every case with the understanding that it could ultimately be presented to a jury. He believes that thorough preparation during the prelitigation stage can place a case in a stronger position for resolution while helping the legal team prepare to move forward if litigation becomes necessary. His approach emphasizes careful case development, attention to detail, and strategic decision-making from the earliest stages of a claim.

Rob has deep ties to both Texas and California and considers both places home. Outside the office, he enjoys gardening, exploring California’s natural wonders, working on his family’s ranch in the Texas Hill Country, and spending time with his fiancé and their two bird dogs, Rockie and Dewey.
