[04-04-2022] Los Angeles County, CA – One Person Killed After a Deadly Pedestrian Crash Near Brookhurst Road

An unidentified pedestrian was killed following a deadly train crash near Brookhurst Road on early Monday morning, April 4, 2022.

The deadly crash happened near the intersection of Commonwealth Avenue and Brookhurst Road at approximately 6:30 a.m.

A male pedestrian was struck by an Amtrack train. The Amtrak train had 89 passengers and five crew members on board at the time of the accident.

The man’s body was found on the train overpass on Commonwealth Avenue. Unfortunately, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
