According to the California Highway Patrol logs, one person was declared dead, and at least two others suffered minor injuries due to a four-vehicle crash in the Cajon Pass on Friday, April 15, 2022.
The fatal crash occurred shortly before 2:00 p.m. on Interstate 15 north of Highway 138 in the Cajon Pass.
When San Bernardino County Firefighters and the California Highway Patrol arrived on the scene, they discovered a semi, silver Honda, blue Kia, and motorcycle on the road.
A Sig Alert was issued because there were vehicles in all lanes, shoulder to shoulder.
There were no other details available.
The CHP San Bernardino Office is still investigating the collision.
