Motorcycles are involved in 11 percent of all U.S. traffic accidents. Over the course of the year, the U.S. saw nearly 5,000 fatalities and 82,000 injuries caused by motorcycles.
A helmet has been proven to save lives by protecting riders from life-threatening injuries and keeping them safe and sound. According to the Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS), nearly half of all motorcycle deaths can be prevented by wearing a helmet.
The area below the collarbone serves as a means of protecting your head, which means that a severe bodily injury can be just as crucial as a head injury. Several motorcycle safety devices can help you avoid major injuries.

Unfortunately, it is highly unlikely that the death of your loved one was due to an accident that they were responsible for. No amount of money can replace the loss of a loved one, but the compensation you receive from a wrongful death lawsuit can help those left behind make ends meet.
