[07-02-2022] Riverside County, CA – Unidentified Pedestrian Struck By Train in Jurupa Valley

According to the Riverside County Fire Department, a person was hit by a train and suffered moderate injuries in Jurupa Valley Saturday, July 2, 2022.

According to the Cal Fire/Riverside County Fire Department, the collision occurred at 7:11 p.m. at Jurupa Road and Van Buren Boulevard intersection and was reported.

As soon as the victim was found, they were taken to a hospital where they were treated.

There was no immediate information available regarding the victim’s gender or age.

It has not been determined what caused the crash at this time.

Investigation into the crash is still ongoing by the authorities.
