[07-21-2022] Los Angeles County, CA – Both Drivers Injured in a Two-Vehicle Crash in Newhall

Both drivers of the vehicles involved in a two-vehicle accident sustained minor injuries from the collision in Newhall on Saturday, July 23, 2022.

The crash occurred around 10:30 p.m. on Highway 14.

According to the California Highway Patrol Newhall-Area Office, a two-vehicle crash resulted in one overturning southbound on Highway 14.

CHP officers discovered one of the vehicles overturned and sitting on its roof near the Interstate 5 interchange. One of the drivers was able to remove himself from the car.

According to Newhall CHP Spokesman Greengard, one of the transition routes was briefly closed for medical assistance to drivers and car recovery.

The case remains under investigation.
