[07-31-2022] San Bernardino County, CA – One Person Fatally Died After a Pedestrian Accident at Baker Boulevard

An unidentified pedestrian died in a pedestrian accident involving two vehicles at the Baker Boulevard onramp on July 31, Sunday.

The accident occurred around 4:23 a.m. at the end of the onramp on southbound Interstate 15.

According to CHP, they discovered the pedestrian was struck and not breathing on the road. Later on, the pedestrian was declared dead on the scene after failed CPR efforts.

The motorist in the gray Chrysler Town & Country minivan involved in the incident remained on the scene and was cooperating with investigators.

This incident is currently under investigation by the California Highway Patrol Barstow Office.
