[07-25-2022] Los Angeles County, CA – LAPD Motorcycle Officer Down After Hit-and-run Crash on 10 Freeway

According to the Los Angeles Police Department, an LAPD motorcycle officer went down on the 10 Freeway after being involved in a hit-and-run collision in West Covina Monday morning, July 25, 2022.

The crash transpired shortly after 6:30 a.m. on the westbound side of the freeway just east of Azusa Avenue, according to the California Highway Patrol.

Although there were no specifics about any additional vehicles, the CHP classified the incident as a hit-and-run collision.
