[07-08-2022] San Diego County, CA – 82-Year-Old Driver Died in a Multi-Vehicle Crash in San Carlos Area

According to police, an 82-year-old man died after a multi-vehicle crash involving three cars in the San Carlos area on Friday afternoon, July 08, 2022.

The Multi-vehicle crash occurred shortly after 4:00 p.m. in the 7500 block of Mission Gorge Road.

According to police, a BMW and a Tesla were headed eastward when an 82-year-old man in a Toyota SUV traveling westbound made a left turn into a driveway and was hit by the BMW, forcing his car to flip.

Officials expected Mission Gorge Road between Princess View and Mission Vista Drive to be blocked for several hours.

The case is to be further investigated.
