[05-18-2020] Riverside, CA – One Man Killed in a DUI Accident in Jurupa Valley

A 29-year-old man identified as Travis Green was killed after a suspected drunk driver identified as Keyshawn Latrell Henderson, ran over him in Jurupa Valley on Monday morning, May 18th.

According to the initial reports from local authorities, the fatal accident occurred at around 2:15 a.m. The victim was walking on Mission Boulevard, east of Jurupa Road, when he was suddenly struck by a car driven by the suspected drunk driver.

The drunk driver continued to drive for another 300 yards before stopping near the intersection of Rathke Drive and Golden West Avenue.

Local authorities checked the suspect’s vehicle and found a container of alcohol. The suspect was given a sobriety test that he reportedly failed.
The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
