[10-14-2020] San Diego, CA – One Man Hospitalized after a Major Hit-and-Run Motorcycle Accident at Lantana Drive

An unidentified 33-year-old man was injured after the motorcycle he was riding was struck by a hit-and-run driver in San Diego on Wednesday morning, October 14.

According to the initial reports from local authorities, the accident transpired at around 12:10 a.m. at the intersection of Lantana Drive and Euclid Avenue. The motorcyclist traveled northbound on Euclid Avenue when a white Honda sedan pulled out from Lantana Drive and hit the right side of the motorcycle.

The driver of the sedan fled the scene and did not stop to render aid. The motorcyclist sustained significant injuries as a result of the accident. He was immediately taken to an area hospital where the medical professionals confirmed that he had a fractured tibia and fibula.
