[10-20-2021] San Diego County, CA – Semi-Truck Crash in Otay Mesa Results in One Death

One unidentified person was killed after a deadly collision involving a semi-truck in Otay Mesa on early Wednesday morning, October 20.

The accident happened at approximately 8:16 a.m. in the area of Otay Mesa Road and Harvest Road.

A white sedan and a big rig with two trailers were involved in the collision. The circumstances leading up to the crash have not been established.

One person was killed as a result of the collision. No other injuries were reported. The identities of the involved parties have not been disclosed.
