According to reports, the collision occurred around 6:15 p.m. at the intersection of Lindley Avenue and Vanowen Street.
Authorities received calls of two cards that struck each other and were severely damaged.
When responders arrived, they discovered two people trapped inside one of the automobiles who needed to be extricated.
Both were admitted to the hospital in serious condition. A third individual experienced minor injuries.
