[02-09-2023] Three-Car Crash in Bay Terraces Left Two InjuredTwo drivers were injured, one in critical condition, after a multi-vehicle crash in San Diego on Thursday night, February 9, 2023.

According to reports, the collision transpired around 7:00 p.m. at 7200 Skyline Drive in the Bay Terraces neighborhood.

Authorities stated that a 29-year-old woman driving a 2009 Ford pickup headed west.

Simultaneously, a 75-year-old man drove a 2020 Toyota pickup southbound on 100 Sychar Road.

The Ford driver then ran a red light and collided with the side of the Toyota. Due to the impact, Ford was thrown into the eastbound lanes, sideswiping a 2019 Lexus sedan.

The 75-year-old man suffered broken ribs, a broken sternum, and a collapsed lung. His injuries are described as potentially fatal.

Meanwhile, the Lexus driver was only slightly injured.
