[02-13-2026] Alameda County, CA – Man Hospitalized After Being Struck By Vehicle Near Ashby BART Station in South Berkeley

A man was transported to Highland Hospital after being struck by a vehicle near the Ashby BART Station in South Berkeley late Friday night, February 13, 2026.

The incident occurred around 11:45 p.m. at 3100 Adeline Street.

Emergency responders found the man, believed to be in his 30s, unconscious at the scene. The driver’s speed at the time of the crash is currently unknown.

The man was taken to the hospital “Code 3” with lights and sirens. No further information about the circumstances of the crash was immediately available.
