What to Do After a Pedestrian Accident

After a pedestrian accident, it’s essential to notify the authorities right away. When answering questions from investigators or insurers, it’s important to avoid making assumptions. Even though the accident was not their fault, the victim may feel obligated to apologize. If the victim does something like that, the insurance company may not pay out.
