What to Do After a Hit-and-Run Accident

After an automobile accident, it’s crucial to contact the relevant authorities. When addressing questions from the police or the insurer, it’s important to be as factual as possible and avoid making any assumptions. It’s fairly common for victims to feel like they need to apologize, even if they weren’t at fault. Such actions could be used as evidence by the insurance company to deny a claim.
