[02-23-2023] Riverside County, CA – Man Sustained Injuries After Being Struck by Vehicle in Indio

A pedestrian collision sent one man to the hospital in Indio on Thursday evening, February 23, 2023.

According to reports, the crash occurred around 6:47 p.m. near John Nobles Avenue and Daisy Street.

Authorities later confirmed that the pedestrian was struck while the vehicle was turning.

The driver remained on the scene and cooperated with the investigation.

Drugs or alcohol are not thought to have played a role in the crash.
