[03-29-2022] Fresno County, CA - One Woman Injured in Pedestrian Accident Involved in Police Chase Near Greenwood AvenueThe Sanger police stated that an unidentified woman was taken to the hospital after getting hit by a car involved in a police chase on Tuesday evening, March 29, 2022.

According to authorities, the accident occurred just after 6:00 p.m. near Greenwood Ave and Almond Ave.

According to police, a bystander was struck by the suspect’s vehicle. Both the driver and the passenger fled the scene.

The woman was taken to the hospital, but her current condition is unknown.

The suspect vehicle’s driver and passenger were apprehended by police and taken into custody.

They will be arrested and taken to the Fresno County Jail.
