[04-01-2023] Orange County, CA – Two-Car Crash on 22 Freeway Fatally Struck One Rider

One person was struck and killed following a two-vehicle crash in Garden Grove late Friday night, March 31, 2023.

The fatal collision transpired around 11:55 p.m. Friday on the westbound freeway at Valley View Street.

According to authorities, a big rig and sedan were involved, which caused one fatal injury. Details on the victim’s identity have not been released pending their next of kin notification.

Responders stated that roads were closed until 4:04 a.m. on Saturday while they continued investigating.
