Two people were sent to the hospital following a multi-vehicle collision in San Bernardino County on Saturday morning, April 8, 2023.
The California Highway Patrol reported that the crash occurred around 10:39 a.m. on northbound Interstate 15, two miles before the Nipton Road exit.
The circumstances that led to the crash remain under investigation. Three vehicles were reportedly involved: a Nissan Armada, a silver Kia Soul, and a silver Honda CRV turned on its side, blocking the fast lane.
At least two people were taken to the hospital by the responding personnel with unspecified injuries. Their identities and status are currently unknown.
There isn’t much further information at this point as the investigation continues. The CHP Barstow Office is looking into the crash.
