[04-09-2023] Riverside County, CA – Two People Hospitalized After Multi-Vehicle Crash on I-10

Two individuals were hospitalized after a multi-vehicle collision in Riverside County on Sunday afternoon, April 9, 2023.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the crash occurred at about 1:30 p.m. on the eastbound Interstate 10 Freeway near Highway 111.

The circumstances that led to the crash remain under investigation, but three unspecified vehicles were reportedly involved.

The number of people involved is currently unknown, but two people were transported to the hospital with minor injuries.

The collision is being looked into. It remains unclear whether speeding or intoxication played a role.
