[04-10-2023] Los Angeles County, CA – Two People Critically Wounded in West Hollywood Possible Wrong-Way Crash

Two people sustained critical injuries after a two-vehicle and possible wrong-way crash in West Hollywood on Monday night, April 10, 2023.

According to the Los Angeles County Fire Department, the violent collision occurred at about 11:15 p.m. at 1200 North La Brea Avenue.

The two cars involved, a white car and a Mustang, were heavily damaged that both drivers were pinned inside the wreckage. The responding officers rescued and took them to a hospital with critical wounds.

Although there is little information available to investigators, witnesses claimed the driver of the white car was speeding and appeared to be traveling the wrong way before hitting the Mustang.

La Brea Avenue’s north and southbound lanes were shut down due to the road being covered in debris.

There have been no other crash-related details made public as the investigation continues.
